We specialize in authentic New Orleans cuisine.  It’s what I grew up eating and later preparing. 

Each dish is a story passed down through generations, crafted from the cherished recipes of my parents and grandmother.

We cater to a diverse range of occasions, specializing in corporate and professional events like daily office lunches, training seminars, and client meetings. 

We also bring a custom culinary experience to private gatherings such as birthday parties, anniversaries, and casual weekend get-togethers.

As for travel, we proudly serve the entire Central Florida region, including the greater areas of Orlando, Kissimmee, Sanford, Winter Park, and all surrounding counties.

We're happy to discuss custom travel arrangements for larger bookings.

We recommend booking our catering services at least 2-3 months in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekend events during peak seasons (Spring, Fall & Holiday Season).

Yes, we can provide staff such as servers, and chefs for your event.

We also offer Creole Jambalaya for a true New Orleans experience.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), ACH transfers, and corporate checks. We require a deposit to secure your date, with the final payment typically due 30 days before the event.
